I didn't do jack all week. And you know what? It felt good. Sometimes it's nice not to try and be a lazy sack of crap. I decided to look into going ot grad school, but that's it. Honeslty, it felt like a load of my back not having to worry about getting stuff down. I waived the white flag and it felt fine. I'll get back into the swing of it next week, but pausing work like this gave me some perspective on how I'm doing things. Mainly that things need to change and I need to reach out more. For example I've done sweet nothing all year in learning art. Why twiddle my thumbs in anxiety doing nothing or combing through YouTube tutorials of various qualities when I could reach out to the people on Newgrounds, who are some of the best artists in the world? Using the site forums and various Discords for what I want to do are the ways to go. I've been working hard (relativley speaking) when I should have been working smarter. I feel more refreshed then I've been in a while, so I'm looking forward to going down this new route over the course of the week.
