I made some progress I'm proud of.

1.Primary

a. Writing: I acutally did some wiritng! Today I finished a draft of a short story I started on Tuesday. The draft is rougher than sandpaper, but the feeling of working towards something and making progress is so good. This feels like the a small sustained burn, rather than an intese flame that petters out after not too long. I'll probably work on other drafts for short stories before returning to brush up this one, but it feels great to actually write and finish something. Writing is want I eventually want to make a career. I know it's a totally unrealistic pipe dream, but life's boring when you aren't shooting for the moon.

b. Career: Didn't do a thing. I need to more poracitvely monitor the job postings at work

c. Health & Exercise: I bumped up the 50 regular bicep curls and 50 curls across my bodies up from 1 set to 2. My arms aren't pythons, but it's great to feel muscle straining a little and have blood bumping. I might change up the curls across my body. Not super fussed about them.

d. Animation: Nothing. Got to get proactive and not just wish I could do this. Art is something I realize I need to get wamr and stay warm.

2.Secondary

a. Building: I got to change this because I haven't done any building

b. Reading: More Lord of The Rings (Spoiler) Got from where Frodo, Sam, and Gollum travel through Ithielien to where Pippen swears himself to Denethor. I love some much the back half of Two Towers with the Frodo and Sam stuff. Sam putting the hurt on Shelob is so awesome. You've probably heard Sam is the real hero of the story, and it's hard to disagree with that sentiment. Tolkien's writing and world is just so engrossing and rich. (End of Spoilers)

c. Programming: Nothing. Got to get warm on that.

d. Music: Didn't learn anything about music. Need to get warm on that.

3.Tertiary

a. Videogames: Nothing really. Didn't even install Fightcade

b. YouTube Watch Later: Nothing

c. TV: Nothing. I just spend so much time on YouTube, I question if I ever really want to sit down and watch throw a tv series.

d. Music: Listened to a few different albums. Listening to records really keeps me focused when weriting

4.Miscellanous

TBD

Honeslty not a ton of progress, but I'm really proud about finising the rough draft. Listening to albums worked wonders for my focus on motivation. Listening while writing is going to be staple from here on. See you next week.
