Progress Log #1

Posted by TuffNuts - January 6th, 2024

In sticking with my New Year's Resolution, here is my fist Progress Log. The purpose of this log is to motivate me to get off my behind and make progress on a lot of dream and goals I've wanted to do for a long time. Unfortunately, all I really did was come up with the format which I'll elaborate on. My goals will be broken down into categories of Primary, Secondary, Tertiary, and Miscellanous. Goals will be sorted into these categories based on my feelings towards them, ranging from must complete goals to things that are fun but not the end of the world if I don't complete them. Goals will be further broken down in to a,b,c etc. within those categories to further delineate their priorty. For example goals 1a and 1b are primary must acheive goals, but 1a is the most important goal. I'm sorry I wasted a week on nothing but this, but with this log begining in earnest, I forsee this weekly log doing great things for me getting these goals done. Example of the format I'll be using for future logs is listed below. Note: amount of goals in each category may or may not change in the future as goals are completed. Be on the lookout for my next log next Saturday

It's going to be one long year for you, isn't it? Good look soldier, I can see your dedication and commitment by doing this, and wish you the best of luck.

Honestly, not just for this year, but how ever long it takes. Part of why I am doing this log is to make tangible progress on goals I have and another part of this is to escape this sense of stagnation that permeates my life. I've been stuck in the mud for a long time, and this log will help with trying and working towards things instead of just wishing I was trying and working. It's about self-improvement and long-term growth. Thank you for the kind words of encouragement.

Your description honestly goes hard

Thanks.
